DepartmentsThe Council's administration is arranged in two directorates under the overall leadership of the Chief Executive. The two directorates - Services and Resources, are further split-down into a number of discrete service areas. Between the two directorates is the Policy and Performance Team, which reports directly to the Chief Executive and amongst other things is there to provide corporate advice and support. The responsibilities for each service are set out below. The Council also currently operates a Contact Centre for customer telephone calls and e-mails. In addition there are three Community Help Points at Battle, Bexhill and Rye. The Contact Centre can be used to access Council Services and departments. The staff there will be pleased to help visitors and residents of the District with their queries.
