Reason for Inquiry appeal by Gladman Developments Ltd:

Relating to the application to Rother District Council for Outline planning application for up to 210 residential dwellings (including up to 30% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation, vehicular access point and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved with the exception of the main site access at Land at Fryatts Way, Bexhill

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
