Notice to Pay Standard Charge

Rother District Council car parks are subject to a standard charge of £80.

This charge is not enforced if users comply with the published regulations, but it applies to car parks whether or not a parking fee is charged. Please read the regulations which are posted in each location.

Regular checks are carried out by the Contract Compliance Officers to ensure the Pay and Display rules are observed and Standard Charge Notices are issued to offenders.

Please note that some off-street car parks not making a charge are still liable for a Notice to Pay Standard Charge for certain offences.
