The Council provides dedicated parking bays in its Pay and Display car parks for use by holders, there is however a need to pay for parking.

If you are a Rother resident with a blue badge holder and meet one of the following qualifying criteria you may qualify for a concessionary permit.

• Current recipients of the higher rate mobility or enhanced rate mobility component from the Department of Work and Pensions or Personal Independence Payment, higher rate mobility from the Department of Work and Pensions.
• Registered blind.
• Current recipients of the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement.
• People with a car or trike issued under the pre-1976 invalid vehicle scheme.
