Rother recycling points are for public use only not trade/business use. Do not leave any items on the floor next to the containers, this could be viewed as fly tipping.
Because of continuous high levels of contamination at our recycling sites which resulted in all the contents having to be collected as refuse we took the difficult decision to remove recycling containers from our sites. Fly tipping was also a significant problem. Salvation Army and other charity Banks still exist in many of our car parks for textiles and books.
Mixed Recycling can be taken directly to the household waste and recycling sites (HWRS) shown below.
