The Examiner

Mr T. J. Kemmann-Lane JP, DipTP, FRTPI, MCMI was appointed to undertake an independent examination of the draft CIL Charging Schedule and to subsequently issue a report with his conclusions.

The Programme Officer

The Programme Officer appointed to manage the examination process, reporting directly to the Examiner, was Lynette Duncan.

The Examination

Items arising during the course of the examination will be published on this page. In addition to the Community Infrastructure Levy – Draft Charging Schedule, the Council also submitted a number of supporting documents to the Secretary of State. These include the responses to representations submitted during the consultations, as well as other evidence. All documents form part of the examination library and can be found in the CIL Examination Document Library List. They are available electronically on this page and paper copies can be obtained on request.

The Examination is now closed. The Hearing to consider representations to the proposed draft CIL Schedule was held on 14 July 2015 at the Rother District Council Offices in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 3JX.
