The UK Health and Security Agency (UKHSA) has issued an Amber Heat-health alert from 3rd August 2026 at 9am until 5th August 2026 at 9am.

During this period of hot weather, bottled water, sun cream and hats will be available during office hours from the Town Hall in Bexhill for those sleeping rough in the District.
