Barrack Hall

Bexhill Down

Down Road (St. Stephen’s Ward), TN39 4HD

A hard-surfaced basketball court and hoop is located close to King Offa Primary School.

Bexhill Skate Park

Down Road (St. Stephen’s Ward), TN39 4HD

The skatepark is situated between the Leisure Centre and King Offa School. It comprises various ramps; half pipe and ramp, 2 jump boxes with rails and a quarter pipe. A new concrete skatepark is currently under construction at Sidley Recreation Ground and will replace this facility.

Egerton Park

Egerton Road (Central Ward), TN39 3HL

The adiZone outdoor gym combines fun and fitness within the pleasant surroundings of the park. The fitness equipment is designed for use by teens and adults rather than younger children, but the climbing wall, football goal and basketball hoop can be used by all. There’s a spacious area of safety surface which can be used for dancing, exercise or games throughout the year.

Galley Hill

East Parade (Sackville Ward), TN40 1PQ

Previously the site has accommodated skateboarding ramps including a timber surfaced half pipe.  There are currently no skateboarding facilities in operation here, but subject to funding, some skateboarding facilities may be reintroduced later this year.  There is still a basketball hoop and pad located here.

Levetts Field

Adjacent to Carfax Close (Sidley Ward), TN39 5BZ

A 5-a-side football goal with rebound panels.

Little Common Recreation Ground

Green Lane (St. Mark’s Ward), TN39 4PH

A large area of surfacing, formerly a tennis court, with basketball hoops at either end. On-site parking.

Seabourne Recreation Ground

Pebsham (St. Michael’s Ward), TN40 2SW

Sidley House

Ninfield Road (Sidley Ward), TN39 5BD

The site is located next to the doctor’s surgery in Sidley and has a football goal and basketball hoop combination unit along with two pieces of outdoor fitness equipment.

Located in the open space adjoining to the play area for young children, the play equipment at this site includes a 40 metre double zip wire, basket swing and electronic games panel. There is also a basketball hoop on a hard-surfaced area and a 5-a-side goal.

Sidley Recreation Ground

Buxton Drive (Sidley Ward), TN39 4BL

A new skatepark and improved BMX facilities are currently under construction and it is anticipated they will be available to the public in the late spring of 2022.  The site also has a a hard-surfaced basketball pad with hoop and zipwire.
