As Housing Enabling & Development Officer, you will be part of a small team responsible for delivering all forms of housing in Rother. Primarily, you will be responsible for providing vital enabling services to increase the provision of new affordable housing.

You will lead operational negotiations through the planning process, driving the delivery of affordable housing on sites across the district.
