The Sussex Exchange is a contemporary building on the Queensway, Hastings next to the area’s main business estates and overlooking the ancient woodland of the Marline Valley. It is open from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, with free parking.
This high-standard conference and event venue has a restaurant and bar. It is part of the economic development programme for the area led by Sea Change Sussex.

This represent an exciting new commercial concept in East Sussex and compiles of a series of sustainable business parks that will host a community of environmental and technology companies with innovation in their blood. The first Enviro21 Innovation Park is under construction at South Queensway, where business units from 540m2 to 1,023m2 (5,784ft2 to 11,009ft2) are available to let now, offering low carbon emissions.
This Park also includes The Exchange – an exhibition and meeting venue that will be a catalyst in bringing together the best brains in the industry.
The Enviro21 Innovation Parks are set within a beautiful coastal environment. They are part of the £400 million economic investment programme to transform the Hastings and Bexhill area into one of the south east’s most dynamic business locations.

Three free hours of impartial advice are on offer for companies from the experienced, friendly Business East Sussex (BES) navigators who provide guidance to help companies reach their full potential.
