Rother District Council is consulting on its draft Corporate Plan. This consultation runs to 17 March 2021.

The Council has written a new Corporate Plan and is running a consultation. You can read more about the decision to consult at the Cabinet meeting on 11 January 2021:

There are 10 objectives in the new plan:

• Climate emergency
• Financial stability
• Increase the supply of affordable housing
• Housing list reduction
• Housing supply
• Empowered organisation
• A fairer society
• Development of Rother’s economy
• An open council
• A town council for Bexhill on Sea

Each objective has an early action plan that covers up to the next election of the district council in 2023. Action plans will be under review and projects can be added later.

We would like you to comment on the 10 objectives and their action plans. It is your opportunity to have your say on the vision for the district and what it should look like by 2027.
