Notice under Section 123(2A) of the intended Disposal of Open Space Land in the district of Rother, East Sussex.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Rother District Council the owner of the parcels of land described below which is held and maintained in part as public open space intends to dispose of the said land to Bexhill-on-Sea Town Council by way of leases for 99 years for the purpose of providing public conveniences.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Plans of the land are available for inspection at Rother District Council, Town Hall, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or it can be viewed on the Council’s website (link below).
Objections to the above proposed disposal must be made in writing to Anna Evett, Major Projects Manager, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX by no later than Friday 10th February 2023 quoting the reference: PC Devolvement.
