Notice under Section 123(2A) of the intended Disposal of Open Space Land in the district of Rother, East Sussex.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Rother District Council the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space intends to dispose of the said land to Sidley Cricket Club by way of a lease for 5 years for the purpose of accommodating a secure portable container for use as a storage and changing facility supporting use of the open space for cricket and the Cricket Club’s activities.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Land at St. Mary’s Recreation Ground, Bexhill-on-Sea consisting of an area of amenity grass of approximately 30 square metres which is for identification purposes edged red on the plan.
A plan of the land is available for inspection at Rother District Council, Town Hall, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or it can be viewed on the Council’s website (link below).
Objections to the above proposed disposal must be made in writing to Rebecca Owen, Parks Development Officer, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX by no later than Monday 23rd January 2023 quoting the reference: BEXSTMA156.
