Notice under Section 123(2A) of the intended Disposal of Open Space Land in the district of Rother, East Sussex.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Rother District Council the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space intends to dispose of the said land to Bexhill Heritage by way of a lease for 10 years, for the purposes of a public shelter and information point and as a hireable space for meetings, events and other community activities as well as a right to use part of the promenade for seating associated with events taking place at the premises.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Land at East Parade, Bexhill-on-Sea consisting of an area of approximately 80 square metres which is for identification purposes edged red and green on the plan.
A plan of the land is available for inspection at Rother District Council, Town Hall, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or it can be viewed on the Council’s website (link below).
