Local Plan

The Rother District Local Plan Core Strategy and Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan provide the basis for determining planning applications. The Core Strategy sets the overall vision for future land use and provides the framework for the scale and distribution of development up to 2028. The DaSA allocates sites for particular uses as well as setting out more detailed policies for the effective management of development in relation to key issues.
