The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and the Met Office have issued a RED Warning for extreme heart between Between 00:00 (UTC+1) on Fri 26 Jun 2026 and 21:00 (UTC+1) on Fri 26 Jun 2026. There is also an AMBER Warning for extreme heat over the weekend.

To support those sleeping rough, water and sun cream are available at the Town Hall during office hours.
