The Regulation 16 Consultation for the Hurst Green Neighbourhood Plan has now closed. The next stage will be the examination which will take place in the New Year 2025.

| 17 Dec 2018 | Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Opinion Rother District Council provided a formal SEA Screening Opinion for the Hurst Green Neighbourhood Plan. |
| 8 Jun 2017 | Designation of Hurst Green Parish as a Neighbourhood Area (Regulation 7) Rother District Council confirmed that the marked area shown on the submitted map (being that of Hurst Green Parish) was formally designated as a Neighbourhood Area. |
