The Regulation 16 consultation on the submission Peasmarsh Neighbourhood Plan runs from 9am, Friday 17 February to 4:30pm, Friday 31 March 2023.

Representations
Any person, business or organisation may comment on the Plan or supporting documents including the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
All representations must be received by the Council no later than 4.30pm, Friday 31 March. Any submissions received after this deadline cannot be considered.

Alternatively, you can complete the printable form below and then either email it to peasmarshnp.rep@rother.gov.uk or post it to Planning Policy, Submission Peasmarsh Neighbourhood Plan, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX.
Please note that all representations will be publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration by the person appointed to carry out an examination of the Plan
Anyone making a representation may request to be notified of the Council’s decision to ‘make’ the Peasmarsh Neighbourhood Plan by ticking the relevant box on the representation form.
