Submission Consultation (Regulation 16)
The Regulation 16 consultation on the submission Peasmarsh Neighbourhood Plan runs from 9am, Friday 17 February to 4:30pm, Friday 31 March 2023.

They can also be viewed in person at Bexhill Town Hall, London Road, TN39 3JX or at Rye Library, 30 High Street, Rye TN31 7JG, during normal opening hours.
Any person, business or organisation may comment on the Plan or supporting documents including the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
All representations must be received by the Council no later than 4.30pm, Friday 31 March. Any submissions received after this deadline cannot be considered.

Please note that all representations will be publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration by the person appointed to carry out an examination of the Plan
Anyone making a representation may request to be notified of the Council’s decision to ‘make’ the Peasmarsh Neighbourhood Plan by ticking the relevant box on the representation form.

Peasmarsh Parish Council carried out the pre-submission consultation on the draft Plan between 31 October to 12 December 2022.

Rother District Council confirmed that the marked area shown on the submitted map (being that of Peasmarsh Parish) was formally designated as a Neighbourhood Area.
