A district-wide viability assessment has been carried out to assess the impacts of the policy requirements of the Council’s Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan (‘Proposed-Submission’ version), combined with Core Strategy policies, and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), on the development viability of the Local Plan as a whole.
