Residents across Rother are being asked for their views on the district’s waste and recycling collections service provided by the Councils contractor.
M·E·L Research is carrying out a satisfaction survey on behalf of Biffa Municipal Ltd who provide domestic waste and recycling collections in the area.
The survey – which will be open from Monday 20th October until Saturday 16th November – is also being run in the neighbouring authorities of Hastings and Wealden.
Information from the survey will be used by Biffa and the Councils to understand levels of satisfaction with these services.
The survey should take no longer than ten minutes to complete. All responses provided will be completely confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than the scope of this project.
