Rother District Council is preparing its new Local Plan which will guide development and land use over the next 15-20 years.
As part of this, we are giving the public (including landowners) another chance to suggest sites across the district that might be suitable for future development. If you own land that you want us to consider, please submit it via the Council’s website Call for Sites – Rother District Council by Friday 1st August.
Please note that if you have previously submitted details of land to us (since 2020) there is no need to re-submit it.
