An exciting development to provide a new GP surgery/medical centre and commercial property on land adjacent to Barnhorn Road, Bexhill-on-sea (the Rosewood Estate) is moving forward with two public pre-planning consultation events in October.
The Council acquired the land in 2019 with outline planning permission granted in 2014.
The scheme is an great opportunity for the Council to deliver significant benefits to the local community, by improving local healthcare facilities and increasing job opportunities. It will also generate much needed additional income for the Council to support local services into the future.
The public pre-planning consultation events will be held at St Marks Church, Green Lane, Little Common Bexhill, TN39 4BZ on:
- Monday 3rd October 2022 from 10 am to 2 pm
- Thursday 6th October from 2 pm to 7 pm
