The Solar Together group-buying scheme makes it easy for homeowners to install solar panels and storage for a competitive price with a trustworthy, pre-vetted installer. Rother District Council have participated in three rounds of the scheme, the latest in Spring 2023 has been our most popular round for registrations to date. 95 homes in Rother have successfully had solar panels installed through the 2020 and 2021 schemes.

On average, in 2021 Solar Together saved homeowners across Sussex 27% on installing solar panels and 37% on battery storage systems. Customers that installed both technologies saved a projected £394 off their energy bills in a year and an estimated one tonne in carbon emissions – the equivalent of driving 3,200 miles in an average petrol car!
