This study provides part of the evidential basis which could address the initial part of the Ministerial Statement to identify potential areas suitable for onshore wind energy in the RDC administrative area through future policies in its new Local Plan8. Varying scales of wind turbines are explored to provide a range of scenarios which will require more detailed exploration and consultation to inform decision making. Read more below.
