The Former West Station Pub (WSP) is a Grade II listed building in Bexhill, part of the historic Bexhill West Railway Station site (listing of which can be viewed here: Former Bexhill West Station). Once the refreshment room, later transformed to pub from club, the building now lies dormant and at risk of deterioration due to inactivity. This project aims to carry out essential repair works to prevent further degradation.
