Access to the community defibrillator at the Colonnade will remain uninterrupted while repair and renovation works are carried out.
During the initial clearance stage of the project, the defibrillator has been temporarily relocated to the wall beside the coastal office to ensure it remains available in the event of an emergency.
Contractors are due to establish hoarding around the Colonnade site within the next couple of weeks. At that stage, the defibrillator will be fixed to the hoarding in a clearly visible position, allowing members of the public to reach it quickly if needed.
