Levelling up Partnership (LUP) projects in the Rother District Council area are receiving funding from the £20m provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), to seek to boost regeneration in the local area and provide positive outcomes to the community and residents.

A range of local projects being supported by LUP funding including the following:

• Flatland Projects refurbishment of exhibition, storage and community learning spaces at Beeching Road Studios. 
• Renovation of the top floor of The Pelham to develop a community, youth and wellbeing hub in Sidley. 
• 34 Devonshire Road in Bexhill being renovated by Rother Voluntary Action to turn the building into a community hub. 
• Sussex Outreach Support launching a new mobile support van as a mobile community hub for rural areas of Rother. 
• Other projects in the local area that will be detailed here as they progress.
