Poor air quality has negative effects on the environment in which we live.

The quality of our Air is affected by numerous factors including industrial activity, new houses and transport. Transport has a significant effect on local air quality. Air pollution from transport includes emissions of Carbon Monoxide, Particles, Nitrogen Oxides and Hydrocarbons. These pollutants and Ozone, a secondary pollutant, can impact on human health, wildlife and vegetation.
