Book of Remembrance

The Book of Remembrance is located in the Chapel in the Garden of Remembrance at Bexhill Cemetery and is available for viewing 365 days a year.

The book is in two sections, which run from January to June and July to December with entries being made approximately one month before the book is due to be displayed.

Entries are normally made on the anniversary of the death of the named person but can be made on any day which is requested by the family e.g. if the entry is made for a married couple then very often it appears on their wedding anniversary.

It is possible to make an entry of up to five lines; the maximum number of letters in the ‘name line’ is 20 and 32 in all other lines. Please refer to cemetery charges for cost.

Please contact the Cemetery Office on 01424 787523 for further information.
