Byelaws for Parks and Open Spaces

Byelaws are set locally and govern how public open spaces can be used. They relate to a range of subjects from camping and the creation of disturbances to the lighting of fires and vehicular access.

The Parks and Open Spaces managed by Rother District Council are subject to byelaws made under various Acts.
