On this page you will find details of Property & Land Search fees. Fees Payable from 1 April 2010 The fees listed below become payable on 1 April 2010. In calculating the fees we have endeavoured to apply the provisions of the Local Authorities (England) (Charges for Property Searches) Regulations 2008, and we have followed the principles in the document "Local Authority Property Search Services – Costing and Charging Guidance". The fees reflect the actual cost of the Local Land Charge Service and of providing replies to the enquiries in Forms CON 29R and CON 29O. A statement showing how the fees were calculated is being prepared. It will be made available on this website in due course.
