Customer Services

Telephone - Contact Centre

We have made changes to our telephone service to make it simpler and more convenient for you. Many queries, from 'Benefits to Bins' can be dealt with by our Customer Services Officers on 01424 787000.

E-mail

More of you are using e-mail to contact us than ever before. We aim to ensure that your emails are dealt with promptly and effectively. E-mail customerservices@rother.gov.uk

We now also provide an email contact for every service that we provide. These are available on our website, linked from relevant sections of the site.

Details of all Rother District Council's services can be found on our website. The website also provides information about how the Council is run - it is even possible to ask the Leader of the Council a question online.

The website provides e-mail addresses and online forms, making it easier for you to contact us.

Help Points

We have three Community Help Points based in Bexhill, Battle and Rye. Bexhill and Battle are currently open from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Bexhill opens at 9.30 a.m. and Battle opens at 10.00 a.m. on a Wednesday for staff training purposes and close at 4.30 p.m. The Rye help point is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and on a Wednesday for staff training purposes and close at 5.00 p.m.
