Salary: £22,437 - £24,798 per annum (Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Full Time - 37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen to provide key administrative and technical support to the Environmental Health and Licensing Service; a shared service for Rother and Wealden Councils.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer care skills with the ability to deal with the general public on the telephone, face to face and in writing. We are looking for applicants with good administrative experience with the ability to deal with a range of varied tasks and associated queries. Must be able to work well as a member of a team, support other staff within your service area and work on their own initiative.
The role of Technical Support Officer is diverse and interesting, based at the Town Hall in Bexhill with the occasional requirement to work from Wealden Councils Hailsham office
Excellent IT skills are required and the ability to develop and implement improvements within this area is desirable. The role will also include assisting and implementing projects and initiatives designed to improve the service.
