Salary: £37,045 - £41,413 per annum, plus £2,907 Car Allowance per annum (Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic & motivated individual to join our highly focussed Regeneration and Estates team. Reporting to the Property Investment & Regeneration Manager, you will be dealing with all aspects of managing the Council’s diverse asset portfolio, as well as working on major projects as part of our ambitious Corporate Plan.
The management and development of the Council’s property portfolio is key to our corporate programme to transform our services and to meet the demands and challenges that we face, now and in the future. Our property-led projects are also an important driver for economic development activity in the District.
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified, preferably with experience in commercial or public sector property management and valuation. You will have an excellent eye for detail with strong communication and IT skills. A flexible way to working, forward thinking attitude and determination are key qualities we are seeking. Whilst the post will be based at Bexhill-on-Sea we offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for regular home working.
