Our online fault reporting system enables you to let us know if there is highway and street cleansing issues you require us to deal with in your area.

The system takes you through the necessary steps to report a fault and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A list of the services you can report are listed below. The facility is provided by the Access East Sussex partnership of authorities.
