Rother's Economic Regeneration Strategy 2010-2015

Rother's Economic Regeneration Strategy for 2010-2015 sets out the role that the Council will play in helping to shape the economy of Rother and supporting the businesses and people who rely on it.

The purpose of the strategy is:

• To identify the Council's overall approach to the local economy:
• To establish the priority areas in which the Council will use its influence and resources to support the local economy
• To identify how the Council's activity will dovetail with other agencies
• To provide a framework within which the Council and its Partners can measure success

The strategy has at its heart the following three themes:

Innovation  - Encouraging enterprise to flourish

Inclusion     - Tackling inequalities to improve opportunities for all

Inspiration  - To provide leadership, communicate our successes and build confidence
