The links to the right of this page will give you instant on-line access to the current agendas, reports and minutes which you are able to open, download and print off.  Once you have opened an agenda you can access the reports by clicking on the report title.  Minutes relating to the meeting are listed in the column on the right hand side of the screen.  However you can also request that a hard copy be sent to you of any agenda and / or report(s) from an agenda (excluding confidential items).  In accordance with our publication scheme our current charging policy is as follows:

Full Planning agenda, including all reports (excluding confidential) £15.00
Any other full agenda, including all reports (excluding confidential) £5.00
Any extracts of about 4 to 5 pages will be provided free of charge.

Agendas, reports and minutes can also be provided in large print, Braille, audiotape / CD or in another language upon request.

Minutes of the Cabinet meetings will normally be available within 2 working days after the meeting.  Minutes for all other committees will normally be available within one week of the meeting.
