Retail Capacity Study of Bexhill

A retail capacity study of Bexhill-on-Sea has been carried out to assess future shopping floorspace requirements over the period to 2028. The Study follows on from earlier assessments carried out in 2008 and 2013 and has informed the Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan.

Rother Shopping Assessment
