What if I sign-up to receive this service but then move house?

If you move to another property in the Rother District, then just let us know by contacting Customer Services. Please remember to leave the brown bin(s) behind at your old address in line with the Terms and Conditions. If your new property already has a brown bin and service you will take over this garden waste service for the remainder of the current year. If there are no containers at your new property you will need to contact us and pay for a new registration at that property.

If you move away from the Rother District, then your service will stop.

Advise us and we will collect the bin. The service cannot be transferred to another council. If the new occupants of your property wish to retain the service, please advise them to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds on this service.
