Flytipping

Fly-tipping is the term applied to the unauthorised deposit/dumping of controlled waste. It is a criminal offence and offenders will be prosecuted by Rother Council. Controlled waste includes general household waste, garden waste, bulky household items (fridges, etc.) and commercial waste.
