Download Planning Application FormsWe would encourage you to submit your application online through the Planning Portal. If you apply using a paper copy we will require FOUR copies of all forms and plans to submitted to us. Information provided on the application form and accompanying drawings and documents will be made available on the internet. Householder Applications These forms should be used for works to domestic dwelling houses, including extensions, conservatories, garages, dormer windows, new access drives. General Planning Applications These notes and forms are to be used for non-householder applications. They are to be used for building works, engineering works and changes of use. Listed Building and Conservation Area Consent Applications Listed Building Consent is required for all works affecting buildings that are listed as being of special architectural or historic interest, or works which affect their setting. Conservation Area Consent is required for demolition of buildings or walls in Conservation Areas. This type of consent is only required for demolition of buildings within Conservation Areas. Assessment of Significance An Assessment of Significance form is required before the applications can be validated. Guidance notes, which show applicants/agents what information should be submitted are available below. An Assessment of Significance pro-forma has also been produced and should be submitted with all applications for planning permission affecting heritage assets and/or listed building consent. Outline Planning Applications Advertisement Consent Please note if advertisements are to be displayed on a listed building then you will also need to apply for Listed Building consent.
