Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Groups

This briefing explains the Council's arrangements for safeguarding and our duty in relation to allegations of harm to a child or vulnerable adult or reporting any allegations that a person who is connected with a child or vulnerable adult e.g. any person, parent, officer working within the Council or other agency may have harmed a child or vulnerable adult.
