Yes, but one of the following needs to apply.
- The claimant is under the age of 22 and was formerly in social services care under a court order.
- The claimant is between 25 and 35 and subject to assistance under an active Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement (MAPPA).
- The claimant is between 25 and 35 and has been assisted by support services to be resettled having spent three months or more in hostel accommodation.
- The claimant qualifies for a severe disability premium as part of their benefit assessment.
- The claimant has one or more non-dependants living with them.
