Customer Feedback

Whilst it is important for us to know if we have done something wrong, or not as well as we could have, it is equally as important for us to know that we have done something especially well.

We are always pleased to learn when a member of our team has done something better than we would have hoped, or exceeded your expectations. These examples can be used to help us in training, or simply let us know that we need to say 'Thank you' and 'Well done' to someone within the organisation.

How do I tell you that I am pleased with something you have done?

We ask you to put the information in writing; 

  • Write a letter to Customer Services, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, TN39 3JX, giving us details of the event, the member of our team involved, and how we may contact you, or
  • Email us as customerservices@rother.gov.uk

Although we are delighted to receive feedback, we will not usually respond to positive feedback, unless further information is required.
