When we can't get to you...With our contractor Verdant, we make over 4 million collections of rubbish and recycling every year, 99.98% of which are first time and satisfactory. Our apologies if we've ever missed your bin. Service disruption may be caused by adverse weather conditions, emergencies or immediate road closures outside of our control. While we will do our very best to complete works on the scheduled day, this may not always be possible. We will always try to keep residents advised of any service interruptions, and the more serious events will have notes on the front page of Rother District Councils Website In extreme situations, our priority will always be to maintain the collection of black wheelie bins and rubbish and to clear any backlog as soon as possible. |
