Rother District Council manages very few sites in the Battle area. Most open spaces in and around Battle are managed by the Town Council.

Kingsmead Open Space, Beech Farm Estate, Battle

This site has beautiful views across the countryside and is to be sown with wildflower seeds to increase its biodiversity value as well as making it more attractive.

Darvel Down, Netherfield

A large open space with facilities for children's play, basketball and informal recreation. On-road parking.

Marley Lane Open Space, Coronation Gardens, Battle

A grassy site for informal recreation including basketball, five-a-side football and children's play. On-road parking.
