Children's Play Areas in Bexhill
There are 16 different play areas in Bexhill providing a range of play experiences in a variety of settings.
Rother District Council is responsible for the upkeep of over 30 outdoor play facilities in the District. These include equipped children's play areas and play facilities for young people such as skate-parks, basketball hoops and 5-a-side goals.
Most of play facilities are found in Bexhill, Battle and Rye. Elsewhere, public play facilities tend to be managed by Town and Parish Councils.
The Council's children's play areas are regularly inspected by our grounds maintenance contractor in accordance with recommended guidelines laid out by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

Rother District Council maintains only 2 play areas in the Battle area. Other play facilities including the play area at North Trade Road Recreation Ground are managed by Battle Town Council.
