The Rural Enterprise and Growth Fund

Now closed (May 2013)

Please note that development of new commercial space was potentially eligible for support under this fund.  Insofar as they relate to property, the other grant streams are to be aimed more at conversion / upgrading of existing commercial space; either for job creation or for the creation of business incubators.  These are not yet live but will be up and running as part of the new Inward Investment service, once that is in place.
