If your bin has been missed by the collectors please check our website to make sure you've got the right day for collection
When is my bin day?
Select collection schedules, and click 'NEXT'
If your bin has not been collected by the end of the day, you can report online 24hrs a day or contact our Customer Services team on 01424 787000 within 24 hours of the missed collection and we will arrange for collection.
There may well be a sticker on your bin to indicate why our crew may not have collected; please check for this before you contact us.
