Enforcement Complaints Form

It is now possible to bring a matter you feel should be investigated to the attention of the Planning Enforcement Section on line.

Please provide as much information as possible as this does help our investigations. Your identity will not be revealed and it may assist in the investigation if we are able to clarify matters with the person who brought the matter to our attention. Anonymous matters will not be investigated.

In order to make the best use of resources not all planning enforcement complaints are investigated. Further details are found on the Breaches of Planning Control Section.

Rother DC is the data controller. The information you provide will enable the council to carry out its statutory duties. The information may be disclosed to other regulatory and health authorities.

We aim to carry out an initial inspection within 10 working days and will inform you shortly after that what action shall be taken. Thank you.
